The 2016-17 Village Property Tax Bills will be mailed the last two weeks in May to property owners. They will be payable June 1st through July 1st without penalty. If you have moved or would like your tax bill sent to a different address then you had on your tax bill last year, please contact the Village Office at 631-537-0017. You may also fill out the change of owner/address form and email to the Village Clerk. The form can be found on the Forms Page.
Change to Submittal Policies
Please be advised that we have recently changed the filing dates for Building Permit Applications and Planning Review Applications. Below is a link to the submittal policy for all Planning Applications which is also included in the application on the forms tab.
Please be aware, that as of August 29, 2013, the Village's Local Law regulating Yard Sales became effective. Please click below for the entire law. The yard sale application for a permit can be found under the Forms tab to the right.
Please be aware that the Village of Sagaponack requires that a property owner obtain a Seasonal Rental permit if you rent your house between May 15th and September 15th. The rental can not be less then 30 days except that the law allows for 2 - 2 week rentals per calendar year. This code can be found in the Village Code Book under 245-16 (A). The seasonal rental form can be down loaded from the "Form" tab to the left.
April 2016 Board Meetings
The Zoning Board of Appeals will meet on Friday, April 8, 2016, at 4:00pm. -
The Board of Trustees will hold a public meeting on Monday, April 11, 2016 at 3:00pm to discuss Village Planning Issues and Work Session Items.
The Architectural and Historic Review Board will meet on Friday, April 15, 2016 at 3:00pm.
The Board of Trustees will hold their monthly board meeting on Monday, April 18, 2016, at 4:00pm.
