The Village's part time building inspector is John Woudsma.  John will be available on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

The Village is now accepting building applications at the Village Hall, 3175 Montauk Highway, Sagaponack. 

 

If you have a building permit that you have already filed with the Town Building Department, you will continue with them and receive your C of O or C of C from them.  If your project is not started within the time frame allotted by the Town including the extensions, you will then need to re-file with the Village after the allowable extension times have expired.

 

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE BUILDING PERMIT APPLICATION IS A 3 PART NCR FORM AND CAN ONLY BE PICKED UP AT VILLAGE HALL
